This hotel is a gem! Mr Kim and his wife were wonderful hosts who made our stay in Jeju exceptionally cosy and welcoming. They were great at recommendations and went above and beyond in their service whenever we had a question or needed help. Highly recommend if you love staying at a home away from home while traveling! We really appreciated their hospitality.

Disappointing service

The place is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit tight. We were quite disappointed upon arrival that there was no staff at reception around 5 pm. We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. After a few sentences telling us our room location and breakfast time the staff went off behind a closed door. No help was given to manage our luggage up the stairs. We tried to charge our EV in the car park then found out from the staff that it was out of order - there was no sign. The bathroom looked worn and in need of renovation. Oddly there were kids stickers stuck on the mirror. Overall although the room was spacious and basic breakfast was included, the service was clearly lacking.

벚꽃과 바다를 보고 싶다면 소울펜션!!

방목형 서비스와 자유로운 분위기의 숙소에요. 편안하면서도 개방적인 느낌이구요. 깨끗합니다. 뜰과 1층 로비가 아기자기 하구요. 바다가 보이는 풍경이 단연 최고에요. 숙소에서 내려가 길을 건너, 작은 골목을 지나 조금만 아래로 가면 예례생태공원 중간지점 즈음으로 이어지길이 있는데, 조용히 산책하기 좋고 흐드러진 봄의 벚꽃 길을 감상하 실 수 있어요. 다음에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다~^^

５月の連休にお世話になりました。海を望む高台にあるとても素敵なこじんまりしたホテルです。眺めもよく、室内も清潔できれいで、本当に気持ちよく過ごせました。歩いて行けるところにあるオギョプサルのレストランも美味しかったです。 そして何よりオーナーのご夫婦がとても親切でフレンドリーで、まるで友人の家に泊めてもらったかのような感じでした。またぜひ泊まりに行きたいと思っています！

너무 아늑하고 편안했던 호텔..

후기와 높은 평점만 보고서 반신반의 하며 선택했던 호텔이었는데, 직접 가보니 이유를 알겠더라구요... 사진에서처럼 정원도 너무 이쁘고 경치좋고 조용한 미니호텔... 마치 별장에 온 것 처럼 편하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 주인 부부께서 너무 따뜻하게 맞아 주시고, 조식도 정말 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 위치도 중문단지와 가까워서 관광 다니기 아주 편했어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 가고 싶네요. ^^

Excellent service - quiet location B&B

This was our 2nd visit. Because of our own oversight, we didn't have a car, and so had to rely on taxis to get anywhere. The owners personally offered us lifts when, on occasion, there were no taxis available immediately. On another occasion, my father got a small cut on his toe on at the beach and we needed some first aid, which was quickly and readily supplied. These small gestures have gone a long way in establishing our loyalty. The non-suite rooms are comfortable and of a good size for up to a couple and a small child (extra mattresses were seen neatly stored in the hall). My only quibble is that the mattresses are rather firm, to suit Korean preferences, I guess. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and very pleasant with a view of the garden, sea (in the distance) and currently, 2 puppies :) It appears that Malaysia's state-owned Berjaya holdings is planning to build a resort about 5 minutes away - their hoardings are up. If it's going to be anything like their other projects, that will be sad because they're rather bland in every way possible, through certainly easier on families, older guests and non-Korean speakers. I hope the increased competition doesn't eliminate this 8-room operation because their dedication to service is amazing. Mr Kim (there are probably 2, and I'm referring to the younger one) speaks excellent English and recommended some really good local restaurants - chicken ginseng soup and black pork bbq come to mind.

따뜻하고 편안함 밤을 보낼수 있는 미니텔소울

이름과 같이 규모가 큰 모텔은 아닙니다. 오히려 홈스테이같은 느낌이 드는 모텔이고 들어가는 입구가 좁은 골목길을 통해 들어가야해서 밤에 도착한다면 찾기가 용이하지 않습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 3층구조로 처음 주인을 만나 짐을 들고 3층으로 걸어올라가는동안 이미지와 많이 다르구나 하는 생각이 들었지만 막상 방에 들어가서는 그런 불편함들을 모두 해소할수 있을만큼 가격대비 넓고 편안한 방과 약간 높은 곳에 위치해 있어 베란다를 통해 볼수 있는 멀리 보이는 제주 바다와 주변풍경들이 훌륭한 곳입니다. 미리 온돌을 뜨뜻하게 해놔서 처음 입실할때 그 따뜻한 편안함은 지친여행의 피로를 풀어주기에 충분했고 쥔장의 따뜻한 배려도 느낄수 있었습니다. 객실내 침구며 인테리어도 고급스럽고 간단하게 마련된 조식도 훌륭하진 않지만 맛있게 먹을수 있었고 무엇보다 퇴실할때 주인내외분이 직접나와 배웅까지 해주는 모습에 진심어린 고마움을 느낄수 있었습니다. Tv가 좀 작고 위치가 찾기 어려움점을 빼면 제주도에서 묵었던 어느 고급스런 호텔들보다도 좋았다고 생각합니다.

이미지불까지 다 해놨는데 예약이 안되있어서 놀랬습니다. 하지만 하나남은 큰객실로 갔는데 둘이지내기엔 너무 컸고 화장실하나는 공사중이라 쓰지못했고 거실에만 티비가있어 불편했습니다. 또한 새벽에 전기가나가 티비조차 못봤습니다. 하지만 주인분들은 엄청친절하시고 죄송하다고 과일까지 내다주셨습니다. 다음날 인사또한 너무 친절하게해주셨습니다.
