I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location is one of its best features it’s situated in Seogwipo-si, close to many of the island’s top attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was a huge plus for getting around without needing a car. Whether you’re heading to waterfalls, local markets, or coastal walks, everything felt easily accessible. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic base for my Jeju adventure, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Good hotel for city stay

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, good sized room. I had city view room on level 9 where I could see snow covered mountains. Swimming pool was outdoor and closed for winter. Good location next to food streets and shopping. Check in was easy, very good customer service at check in and staff had fluent English.There is a convenience store on the street level of the hotel and a chicken restaurant.

The desk staff was patient and kind, but we were extremely disappointed to have booked a 'staycation' specifically with a hotel that advertised a pool (repeatedly in their property description and featured photos) to find a locked, empty pool for our May 2026 reservation. We self-parked across the street, checked in, and went straight to our room, which was as pictured. The hallway carpet was a little dirty, but the room was clean. We used the restroom and the toilet immediately started leaking. We went up with our kids to look at the pool before reporting the toilet to the desk, and we found no functioning pool. At the desk, reception told us the pool opens in July and they would take care of the toilet. We asked about refund options because we had come *for* the pool, and he said no refund is available because the hotel's direct booking website states the pool opens in July even though their hotels.com property description includes no such detail, even in the fine print and booking details. We were disappointed and left. At least hotels.com staff were helpful, but the hotel itself ultimately was not.

Hotel in Seogwipo

It's close to waterfalls. In southern tip of Jeju. Was able to use it as base to climb Hallasan. Hallasan entrance is either a 30 minute or 60 minute taxi ride depending on the location of the trailhead. I paid 40 bucks to get to 60 minute trailhead by taxi. The hotel is economical. Prices per night averaged 40 to 50 bucks a night. My stay was in June. Bring your own toiletries. They only replenish water and towels. They have a bottle of shampoo and body wash in the shower. There are a few laundromats in the vicinity. The swimming pool was not in working order during my visit. They have a breakfast buffet for around 15 bucks. The cleanliness of the room was okay. Some reviews I read before booking the place had reviewers complaining about certain things, but I'd say that for the price, it's fine. If you want greeters bowing as you enter, try hotels near the Little Prince Museum near the west side of the island. We saw some upscale hotels there.

객실도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 멀리 보이는 바다뷰에 마음이 트이더라구요 ㅎㅎ 다만 추가 수건 지급에 비용이 붙는다고 해서 아쉽더라구요 ㅠ 낮에 해가 강해서 자주 씻었어야 해서 수건 알뜰히 아껴썼어요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 오후 1시까지만 가능하다고 해서 오후 일정을 여유롭게 보낼 수가 없었어요. 보관실도 너무 개방되어 있어서 귀중품은 없었지만 마음이 불안하고.. ㅠ 어쨌든 객실은 엄청 깨끗하고 샤워기 수압도 세서 좋았습니다! 주변 소음도 없고.. ㅎㅎ

위치가 서귀포올레시장 바로옆.바다도 옆.중문부터 (동부지역제외) 어디든 접근하기 좋았음 샤워기 고장으로 겨우 사용하고 .. 포트고장에 데스크에 문의하니 여분이 모두나갔다고ㅜㅜ M 스테이와.M호텔이 각층에 모두 같이 사용함 주차요원 어르신들 정말 친절하시고~ 청결이랑 노후?된 시설이 약간 아쉽지만 가성비 최고!

올레시장 천지연 인근으로 깨끗하게 잘관리 되어있으며 인근 식당 및 건물내 편의점까지 아주 편하게 지내고 갑니다
