"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

"Beautiful interior space, delicious food, kind & responsible staff. The only problems I had were the bar menu ( only wine, sake, and soju ) and my room's sliding doors' condition; I couldn't completely close the sliding door to the garden because the left side door was a little forward toward the interior side and it doesn't align with the right side door."

"I was upset that i booked the resort side not hotel it was not clearly explained the difference when you book. Resort side did not offer room service did not have coffee in room. Resort side perfect for family that wanted to prepare meals in room the room was nice, spacious. But we wanted hotel wirh room service "

"The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious,The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."

"I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby. "

"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
