"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! "What a place.... We were supposed to stay just one night but extended the stay. Fantastic staff, specifically Liisa (reception) and Alex (restaurant). They both made our stay warm and welcome. Fantastic place, great swimming pool with private seats and lawn chairs. Super clean, large and well equipped rooms. Scenery is unbelievable. We will definitely come back."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Sogni dei Santi. The villa is even more beautiful in person than the photos, with incredible views, a gorgeous pool and plenty of space for a group. It was the perfect base for us while attending a family wedding nearby.Joss was an excellent host throughout. Communication was always friendly and helpful, and the detailed handbook made everything easy—from using the house to finding local supermarkets and restaurants.The villa was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa all’Old Country House. Già al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza calorosa da parte della padrona di casa Claudia, una persona davvero simpatica e cordiale: ci ha accolti con un buffet di benvenuto e tante informazioni interessanti e utili sul paese e sulla sua gente.La casa si trova in posizione elevata rispetto al paesaggio, la vista è da sogno e già di per sé è rilassante... La casa è arredata con grande cura. Ci hanno particolarmente colpito la cucina perfettamente attrezzata e i comodi materassi, che ci hanno regalato un sonno ristoratore... I nostri bambini sono rimasti entusiasti della grande piscina rotonda, che offriva molto spazio.La casa invita a soffermarsi, ma ci sono anche tante belle possibilità di escursioni. Tra le altre cose, i Monti Sibillini ci sono piaciuti molto e lì abbiamo fatto una splendida escursione. Il mare dista circa un’ora di macchina e un’altra attrazione è stato il piccolo teatro proprio a Penna San Giovanni. Grazie, Claudia, per questo posto incantevole, curato con amore. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carina. Everything was perfect: the house was beautiful, stylish, very clean and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen, lovely garden, pool and breathtaking views. It’s a peaceful and private place, perfect for relaxing and exploring Le Marche. Our host, Louise, was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Casa Carina to others!"

"Gorgeous, spacious property. The pool lived up to expectations and was very clean. Beautiful peaceful setting, with attendant wildlife (lizards, bats, beetles etc). Lack of air con mediated by the relatively cool nature of the house, and ceiling fans help a little; and great that windows have mosquito mesh (though this is missing or damaged in places). The road down from the village to the house is pretty twisty and steep, but managed it fine. Wouldn't want to do it too many times a day. Love that there are two outdoor seating areas. NB, in case kids are set on it, there is no trampoline anymore and the swing set is a little aged. Loved the balcony view from Vecchi Sapori restaurant in Penna."
