Struttura molto comoda alla spiaggia e al centro di Senigallia però ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione La camera molto piccola arredata in modo semplice, il bagno angusto e bisognoso di una ristrutturazione anche per il cattivo odore delle fognature. La struttura esterna è datata, ed un po' delude a prima vista. Le stanze non sono particolarmente ampie, anzi, ed il condizionamento non è particolarmente efficace. Cosi anche il bagno, per di più con doccia direttamente sul pavimento, senza piano rialzato e con scarico acqua sul pavimento. La colazione viene servita molto presto, giustamente per chi debba ripartire presto la mattina, ma alle 09.00 non c'è piu modo di far colazione: almeno fino alle 09.30! Nota lositiva: i gestori sono stati cordiali e premurosi.

Det hele startede rigtigt fint med en meget sød indehaver. Vi havde bestilt et værelse, som jf. vores reservation skulle have balkon med havudsigt, mikroovn, skrivebord,sat. tv mv. 16 m2 . Well. kun ganske lidt var som bestilt. Der var en balkon, ja. mindre end 1 m2 pegende mod bjergene modsat havet. Så lille, at der med nød og næppe kunne stå en stol. Man kunne se havet, hvis man fjernede stolen og lænede sig ud over den lille altan. Der var ingen skriveplads, der var ingen mikroovn, der var intet sat tv, og på toilettet stank der af dårlig kloak. Der var meget larm fra toget, som nærmest kørte igennem baghaven, og de 16 m2 kan kun være, hvis alt tælles med inkl. de to balkoner mod bjerget. Den ene balkon opdagede vi tilfældigt, da den nærmest lå bag sengen. Vi er helt sikre på, at vi ikke har fået det værelse, vi bestilte. Da jeg så gik ned for at klage, kunne indehaveren lige pludselig ikke forstå engelsk. Jeg skrev en mail til Hotels.com men har ikke fået noget svar endnu. Det er en uge siden. Hotellet var misholdt. Det ser pænt ud på billeder, men udvendigt er intet gjort i mange år. 3 stjerner er absolut ikke korrekt. Hvis man er flink, kan man give det 2

Comfortable and nice beach hotel, nice lobby and helpful staff. Room on the small side but bed quite big. Every room has a fridge which is useful. We had a good stay but it is a little expensive for what it is.

We loved the friendliness of the owners. They went out of their way to help us. They found a place for us to park our motorbike, were always friendly and we felt welcome. When we booked we were told we were too late for a sea view but when we arrived we had a sea view and 2 balconies. It is not a luxurious hotel and the outside is a bit rundown but it is a genuinely nice, friendly and clean hotel. Everything works - the air conditioning - hot water etc

A stones throw from the beach

Lovely, welcoming hotel, basic accommodation,... if you are planning days out & days on the gorgeous beach across the road, it will suffice. Love the fact that bikes are included in your stay,... We rode into town & also along the coastal road. Great continental breakfast included, plenty of choice & gorgeous cappuccino. The Italian restaurant opposite, is lovely & authentic & reasonably priced.

Abbiamo soggiornato per sile 2 notti in questo piccolo ma davvero comodo hotel di Senigallia e devo dire che il nostro giudizio complessivo non può che essere positivo. Ho letto alcuni commenti negativi circa questo albergo e mi spiace che alcuni ospiti si siano trovati male. Sinceramente noi abbiamo trovato tutto molto confortevole e la seppur breve vacanza é stata una piacevole permanenza. Certamente non parliamo di una struttura grande e rinomata ma credo che questa struttura non abbia nulla da invidiare ad altre molto più costose e storiche del luogo. Abbiamo soggiornato con un prezzo complessivo davvero modico e quanto abbiamo trovato é il giusto servizio per il prezzo pagato. Silvia e Fra (Milano)

Un sorriso.....merita sempre!

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, le bici, disponibili, utili per andare in centro o fare una passeggiata lungomare. le camere: quella a me assegnata non era grande, ma rinnovata e comoda. (se proprio devo fare una critica... il cuscino era troppo morbido....... ma credo che se avessi chiesto me lo avrebbero sostituito!) Il bagno: è un pò vecchio ma funzionale. La colazione: a buffet, sufficientemente varia. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che buono, tornerò presto!
