"Room was fairly clean, no coffee in the room, just a coffee maker. When I went to ask if there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning, the desk girl told me, “no sorry, my delivery doesn’t come until next Thursday”…it was Monday. Ever thought about sending someone out to Walmart to get coffee for your customers? Signed up for a shuttle at 6:00 am to the airport and it was 15 minutes late. Nobody at the front desk and no employees to be seen. Horrible service. The website on Expedia had said there was a free continental breakfast. No food whatsoever, just water. "

"Upon Check In, the 1st room had blood stains on a pillow. I was given another room, and it had a stain on the bathroom floor and the air conditioner smelled like vinegar with cookie pieces broken up in the vent and carpet was lifted in one area. Also had tiny food particles on the floor"

"The hotel itself wasn’t really that bad. The only issue is was I have a service dog and she tried to charge me the pet fee. Then I came back and asked again and that’s when her manager said we’ll never charge for a service dog. "
