This house comprises a cosy 35 m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen, five lovely bedrooms and three shower rooms. You can also enjoy a garden of approximately 1,378 m².

Cleaning is included in the rental price. Hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is provided, and the beds will be made up before your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.

The property is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 × 190 cm)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm) and 1 single bunk bed
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm)
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- A 35 m² living room
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A small TV room with a sofa bed.

- A balcony which is not accessible, closed off for safety reasons (no railing).
