"The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment."

"Gran estada a Villa Alzina. La casa és àmplia i molt còmode, ben equipada amb tot el necessari, cuina, habitacions, banys i rentadora. El jardí és molt gran, amb arbres fruiters, barbacoa i una piscina molt ben cuidada. Els hostes van ser molt amables, atents i pendents de què necessitéssim res. És fàcil darribar i està a 10 minuts d'Inca. Vam estar molt a gust. La recomano totalment."

"Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einer entlegenen Villa. Die Villa ist auch soweit super, kleinere "Mängel" gibt es natürlich überall. Es war aber im Haus rundum sauber, Küchenausstattung war okay. Leider sind einige Stühle kaputt, sodass man hier gut drauf achten muss. Das Grundstück selbst ist riesig und leider liegt etwas Müll hier und da. Hierfür würde ich aber nicht den Betreiber verantwortlich machen, sondern alle Vormieter, die einfach Müll in die Büsche werfen. Alles in allem ein...

"Zunächst einmal sollte man sagen, dass die Bilder nicht dem gerecht werden was man geboten bekommt. Der Pool ist größer und auch die Schlafzimmer wirklich geräumig mit genügend Stauraum. An einem Schlafzimmer schließt, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, dass zweite Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche an. Man sollte aber erwähnen, dass hier keine Tür zum Schlafzimmer verbaut wurde. Die Anlage ist groß und schön gestaltet. Man ist wirklich fernab vom Stadtgetümmel und kann in der Natur entspannen....

The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. "Kommunikation: sehr nett, schnell, zuvorkommend! Check in/out: sehr unkompliziert und pünktlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher ins Haus und durften auch später abreisen :-))) Nochmals vielen Dank! Sauberkeit: Sehr gut Alles vorhanden und alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gärtner kommt 2 mal die Woche und schaut nach dem Salzwasserpool. Dieser war immer sehr sauber.
