"A few minutes walk from the pine walk, then another few minutes along the pine walk to the first beach. Very close to Store which is great for drinks and also has a very handy spar next door. We really appreciated the foldable deckchairs that we could borrow for the beach, no need to hire them! Good sized apartment with everything you need, great for families of 4! Loved it, would recommend!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Property had a musty smell, which was partly related to Port Soller Sewerage. Once the sewerage smell went the apartment continued to have an awful stench. We had to spend the min amount of time. We couldn’t open the windows and doors as there were several cats who seemed very at home. We are both highly allergic to cats. We couldn’t get rid of them. In addition the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, The Agents seemed uninterested in helping. They did offer a refund, but only if...

"My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks"

"All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues.
