"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist ein 3 Sterne-Hotel und erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Die Lage verursacht jedoch bei vielen Gästen körperliche Probleme wie Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit. Deshalb würden wir empfehlen ein oder zwei Nächte in Kurzras bei der Talstation zu verbringen. Bei schlechtem Wetter, was in den Alpen immer vorkommen kann, fährt die Seilbahn nur eingeschränkt oder auch gar nicht. Wir hatten leider an 3 Tagen Sturm mit Windgeschwindigkeiten bis 80 km/h. "Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"
