A lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets. I will come back to Gasthof.

Besser geht es nicht

Besser kann es fast nicht sein. Tolles Zimmer, Super Essen und einen überdachten Stellplatz für die Motorräder. Die Sauna war auch zum entspannen an.

Achtung vor dem Standad DZ und vor der Mutter

Achtung beim Standard Doppelzimmer! Unser Aufenthalt begann mit einer großen Überraschung! Die Bilder im Internet implizieren was komplett anders. Wir sind von einem neu eingerichteten Standard Doppelzimmer ausgegangen doch bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein altes Zimmer zugewiesen was wir mehr als bedauerlich fanden. Unser sofortiges Veto wurde von der sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsdame entgegengenommen und wir kamen mit der "Chefin" des Hauses in Kontakt. Die bot uns ein anders Zimmer mit Aufpreis an. Eine zunächst erzielte Einigung mit dem Chef ohne Aufpreis, wurde am Folgetag widerrufen mit dem Hinweis, die Bilder im Internet seinen richtig. Dabei wurden wir von der Mutter des Hauses auf beschämende Weise zur Direktion gebeten. Der Deal -> mehr Zahlen oder abreisen. Fazit: Es ist im Grunde eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Bilder der Standard Zimmer sind absolut irreführend. Die Chefin vergreift sich im Ton. Der Sohn hatte leider nicht die Hosen an und knickte vor der Mutter ein.

It was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Better than that was the food. A great complimentary breakfast, and a fantastic dinner that I would normally expect to pay much more for. I would gladly go back. Incredible views driving up the mountain to the hotel's location as well.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Wir, vier Personen in zwei Zimmern zwischen 27 und 57 Jahren ) waren letztendlich froh, nur eine Nacht hier gebucht zu haben, da uns die Zimmer definitiv zu kalt waren. Wir hatten kein Thermometer dabei, aber es fühlte sich an wie höchstens 16 Grad. Die Heizung lief zwar, aber sie wurde gar nicht richtig warm und stellte sich nachts auch noch völlig ab. Die Außentemperatur war allerdings Minus 10 Grad. Unter der Bettdecke war es dann zwar warm, aber morgens war das Gesicht eiskalt und jedem von uns lief die Nase. Auch die Speisen a la Card fanden wir qualitativ eher enttäuschend, allerdings von der Menge her übertrieben groß. Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles da und auch genügend Auswahl bei Wurst und Käse war geboten. Warme Eierspeisen konnte man auch bestellen. Im Sommer würden wir dort eventuell nochmals einen Stopp einlegen, aber niemals wieder im Winter.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 giorni, il posto meraviglioso e la fantastica accoglienza e disponibilità del personale hanno reso questo soggiorno ancora migliore del previsto; camera pulitissima, calda e accogliente; ottimo ristorante e una particolare cura per gli ospiti. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto il personale! Francesca e Simone

Fantastisk koselig!

Kom frem sent på kvelden (23-tiden), men fikk rommet vårt kjapt og familiene som styrer hotellet var utrolig gjestfrie. Restauranten var egentlig stengt, men de hentet kokken og han lagde god mat til oss på bestilling. Vi var for sene til frokost dagen etter, men når vi skulle ut for å kjøpe oss mat hentet de oss og fortalte at de hadde laget klart et bord til oss med frokost. Der fikk vi velge mellom alt som hadde vært fremme under den vanlige frokosten og kunne også velge mellom kaffe/kakao etc. som drikke. Hotellet ligger nydelige syd-tirolske omgivelser i en bitteliten landsby. Perfekt om man vil gå noen flotte fot-turer. De har også tilbud om hesteridning og diverse andre aktiviteter. Lekeplass for barn utenfor og ingen problem å ha med hunder. Rommet var stort og komfortabelt og vi fikk en gigantisk veranda. Gratis parkering og gratis internett.
