"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

"Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid"

"Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Il punto forte del soggiorno è stata l'animazione. I tanti ragazzi dell'animazione sono carinissimi, sempre coinvolgenti e con grande voglia. Un grazie particolare ad Antonio , Simone, Riccardino, Michelle, Kato (il maestro del fuoco, le sue esibizioni sono uno spettacolo), Ciccio e Tommaso, solo per citarne alcuni. "Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. "

"Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "
