I don't particularly like noisy tourist party areas, which this hotel is close to. Although it's secluded enough so you don't hear any of it. If you like to be close to bars and clubs, it's a great place - especially if you want to quickly walk home and sleep. The hotel is great. The area around it was just not to my taste because I don't really party anymore. But if you still like to party, you'll love it.

This is a great value for the money. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a full array of western and Indonesian breakfast foods. The rooms are clean and the house keeping does a good job of cleaning the rooms. They even make nice oragami animals out of the towels. It is very convenient for visiting all the shops of Seminyak and it is just a short walk to the beach.

Stayed here with family & friends for holidays. Great location in the heart of Seminyak close to shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants but set back off the main road so it is very quiet. The rooms are a good size & cleaned immaculately. We had origami towel decorations on the bed everyday which was a nice touch. The best thing about this resort is the staff. Fida, Fabri and all the staff are absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. They were welcoming, friendly and kind. I will definitely come back and stay again! Thank you.

Our room was cleaned daily & we were supplied fresh towels & bottled water. Each day we had a different origami design with our towels from Dekdi. Breakfast buffet options were great, coffee was excellent worth the few extra $. Property is quiet considering its located off a busy street & is a walkable distance for shopping, massages & dining options. Pools are great, plenty of sun lounges & towels available at pool bar. Staff were fantastic, always greeting us & asking about our day. Will definitely be back.

Loved our stay here! Close to lots of great restaurants and walkable to the beach. Staff were amazing. Special mention to the Dadeki who cleaned our room each day. Pool area was clean. We asked for an extra topper on our mattress which made the the bed comfortable. The rooms are a little dated however it was still a wonderful stay and i would stay again!

Probably one of the BEST places I’ve stayed in Asia for the price! The buffet at breakfast was amazing. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The STAFF is extremely hospitable and friendly. The pool area is picturesque as well. 10/10. Will stay here every year I come to Bali.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main street and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and always approachable and friendly. The rooms were cleaned everyday and I liked the touch of new towel designs and hand written notes from the staff. The hotel is busy with lots of tourists staying, the pool area was often quite busy so we didn’t use this. I am most disappointed in the breakfast. I have an allergy to gluten and the options were quite limited. I was surprised that nothing was labelled with allergens and the staff didn’t seem to understand properly when I told them. They were offering me items which had gluten in. They did offer me gluten free bread, however it took 20-30 mins to arrive every morning and I had to keep reminding them to bring it out so I was quite disappointed with the service. I also had an allergic reaction on one of the days and the staff did not seem to care when I explained the next day. I have stayed at other hotels where the chef has cooked me separate meals so I am disappointed with the lack of options here.

I can only review based on the room I stayed in - Deluxe Terrace room. The room was quite outdated and definitely needs a refresh - did not look like it was presented in the photos when I booked. The bed was pretty bad as were the pillows. No iron or ironing board in the room - have to ask for one. The property is rated as 4-star but I would say it is more of a 3-star. The staff is wonderful, polite and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection but I would not say its quality - breakfast area also gets very busy and it can be difficult to find a place to sit. On arrival we were offered two vouchers for welcome drinks at their restaurant, thinking they were good for any two drinks on the menu (were not told otherwise). Turns out they were only good for two iced-teas, which was pretty bad and we did not drink them. The rooms are also located a long walk from the front check-in area of the property - a good 10-minute walk. There is a buggy service available but it is not always available. Approx. 15 minute walk to Seminyak Beach. Its a nice enough property but it's more of a budget one, I likely would not stay here again....would pay a little more and stay in a more upscale property.

Quite nice hotel but we booked a pool room and the view was opposite the side of the bar. I suppose we could just see the pool if sat outside the front door The shower needed regrouting.
