"Slopes are close but the staff was not that good "

"Housekeeping was very bad, bath tub was full of hair. Although everything else was perfect and staff was very gentle, because of poor housekeeping quality I was not satisfied with my stay. "

"The self check-in system does not work at all and be ready for long process and phone calls. I have been there last year and it did not change at all . I do not want that experience anymore. So, I will not stay there anymore . I do understand their step, but do not accept their solution."

"The hotel is quit old. Very basic conditions. The ladies in the Breakfast were very rude. They refused to answer us in English. We had to communicate with them through the girl in the reception. They just ignor the girl from the reception. Look for an alternative hotel."
