"Wir wurden von Herrn Schatz bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem älteren Haus, es wurde geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet! Die Ausstattung war gut, nichts hat uns gefehlt! Besonders hat uns das großzügige Badezimmer gefallen! Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt!Für sie stand ein Napf und kleine Leckerchen bereit! "Die Ferienwohnung entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlen allenfalls Kleinigkeiten. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über einen kleinen Willkommengruß in der Küche mit Tee, Kaffee und kleinen Naschereien.Für uns wäre eine ausgedruckte Gästeinfo mit Informationen zur Ferienwohnung sehr hilfreich gewesen, um schnell einen ersten Überblick zu erhalten. "This is a two star hotel nothing more. Did I know that when booking it? Yes I did. I chose it for the location only. We had a lot of problems with checking in and parking. If you have a car it will take you awhile to figure out how to get in the property to check in. I ultimately snuck in behind someone who had their card key. Otherwise we would have been waiting all afternoon. You can only get in with a card key. The room itself is like staying in a dorm room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed of my entire trip. Would I stay here again? Yes and only because it was so convenient."

"We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We left the location. It was quiet away from all the business. Great shopping. Just ride around the block about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were quirky but big and spacious. We had big windows we could open for ventilation. AC does not seem to work as was our experience at every hotel throughout Germany. I would recommend this place."

"We (2 adults) stayed in an apartment style room for 5 nights. It had a kitchen and dining /sitting area and separate bedroom and bath. It also had a balcony. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, silverware and some cooking utensils. During the day there were a lot of neighborhood sounds but it was quiet in the evenings. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, train station and sites. There's also a taxi cab stand in front of the hotel. This is very convenient because getting an Uber was impossible in Bamberg - few drivers, lots of wait time and we never did connect with one. The staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend getting an apartment at this hotel-it was a nice treat. "
