Amazing !!

Hey, I wanted to share my experience about the hotel. The cleanliness was really disappointing—dust and hair under the kids’ bed and in corners showed they clearly didn’t mop properly. We had to call multiple times asking for toilet paper, more towels, and snacks. The fridge only got stuck a couple of times during our six-night stay, but still, it was frustrating. The room cleaning just didn’t feel thorough, although the buffet food was wonderful and the staff at the restaurants were very friendly. Regarding activities, the prices were insanely overpriced. They charge around $900 just to visit a xcaret park, and none of the activities there are included in the price. Honestly, I doubt locals could afford those prices. Plus, hotel transportation was awful; there’s no shuttle to the main hotel, so you have to take uber in one of the drivers overcharged me saying my credit card didn’t go through. They’re not very honest. and taxis are ridiculously expensive. It feels like tourists from the US are being taken advantage of with these inflated prices, and the lack of fair pricing for locals seems unfair. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who want a fair experience without being ripped off or dealing with poor transportation service.
