Sa Vinyeta, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, barbecue and views

The Art of Living Slowly Facing the Serra
There are houses that have the power to slow your heart rate the moment you step through the door, and Sa Vinyeta is undoubtedly one of them. Here, excellence isn’t shouted from the rooftops; it’s felt in the touch of the handcrafted rope stools as you enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, watching the first rays of sunlight stream through the large windows. The heart of the home is its indoor dining area—a glass-walled space that serves as an invisible bridge between the comfort of the interior and the lushness of the garden. Dining here means doing so with your gaze fixed on the Selva horizon, watching the Mallorcan light bathe the terrace and lawn in golden hues.

The outdoor experience has been designed so that every moment of the day has its own setting. You can lose yourself in a good book in the sofa area by the pool, or enjoy a relaxed conversation on the sofas on the main terrace, feeling the gentle breeze coming down from the Tramuntana Mountains. As the sun sets, the house doesn’t go dark; it transforms. The Balinese bed, delicately illuminated, emerges as a nocturnal sanctuary where you can take shelter under the stars, while the jacuzzi bubbles silently and the lights of the village of Selva begin to twinkle before you.

Every corner of Sa Vinyeta tells a storey of care and craftsmanship. From the handmade elements decorating the rooms to the intimate lighting system that accompanies you at night, everything is designed so that the guest is not just a spectator, but part of a slow and authentic rhythm. It is the pleasure of the simple things: high-quality music playing through the Sonos speakers, a barbecue with friends by the water, and the feeling that, finally, you are exactly where you wanted to be.
