Not all properties allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In properties where animals are allowed, there is a supplement of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and bed rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise specified in the advertisement. If permitted, it is available only after confirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas or other utilities, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found at the time of guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The property is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be understood only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
The payments required to enter the apartment are the tourist tax
If not previously agreed, physical keys, loyalty card and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise €50 will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and garbage removal from apartments at designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes and unremoved garbage will be modified with a variable supplement, based on the extent of excess work hours.
