Apartment 'Lën' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Lën is the Ladin word for wood: here you live, eat and relax in the old farmhouse parlor, where the family used to make wood carvings. We had the panelled parlor extended and restored before the new building was constructed. It is the wonderfully cozy heart of the apartment! By the way: This apartment is accessible at ground level from the parking lot and is also step-free inside.

Discover the tranquility and breathtaking views of Wolkenstein, the Sella Massif, and the Langkofel in this exceptionally peaceful location. You have one free parking space per apartment. Public transport, including the ski bus, is within walking distance. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The accommodation offers homemade products from its own farm. A ski storage room is available. A baby cot and high chair are provided upon request. The shared outdoor area with garden and barbecue is available to all guests. Laundry facilities are available on request and for a fee. You are supported in proper waste separation, and the accommodation features energy- and water-saving facilities.

Amazing view from bedroom.

Pros: Appartment Is located in a calm location on the hill above the town Sëlva. It has very well designed layout and stylish look. Everything is on the place where you expect it and it is well furnished. Even the coffee machine is available. Appartment was very clean and owner was very nice And helpfull speaking fluently german and english. Nice place for family Vacation. Cons: Parking with other 3 cars requires a bit off skill, but it is typical for similar location. It might be more dificult with long sporty cars with small ground clearance.
