The best! Amazing beachfront location, super nice and warm staff, free breakfast, and fantastic food options nearby. Very walkable and just great vibes. The room was clean and looked great inside and out. On the last night my partner and I hung out with the staff and played music with them for awhile (guitar, singing, and percussion). Small island paradise!

A stunning boutique resort that is very quiet and set in a lovely location. Immaculate gardens and wonderful beach front pool and dining. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was really exceptional, but if you want shopping and nightlife this is not the area. If you seek a stunning small resort and romantic environment...this is perfect.

Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. This is easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed 3 nights in a private pool villa and it was everything we expected and more. The staff is so friendly and ready to accommodate anything you may need. The breakfast was delicious — you can get as much as you’d like! The room and pool area was clean & relaxing. It only made our experience on Gili Air better!

Beach restaurant is incredible. Good food, views, furniture (pink), and night time entertainment (fire dance or saxophone). Service was great and there are many useful amenities.
