Only about 200 meters from the beach / pier is the modern and quiet built in spa style apartment in the famous Wilhelmstraße of Sellin.

The Space:

Apartment 14 of the beautiful “Villa Lena” is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the underground parking lot (parking space included in the price).

The furnishings and equipment meet even the highest demands. Even a family of 4 has enough space to spend a relaxing vacation. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 full-size double beds and TV.

Enjoy the afternoon sun on the quiet balcony, the view of the beautifully landscaped hillside garden and the wooded “mystical” Friedensberg.

Guest Access:
Use of the underground parking space is included.
There are coin-operated washing and drying machines on the first floor.
A weatherproof and lockable bicycle shelter is located at the rear of the property.
A crib and a high chair can be booked.
Two different coffee machines are available (filter coffee and coffee pods)

The Neighborhood:
The 30 m wide Baltic Sea beach and the famous Sellin pier are only 200 m away from the “Villa Lena”.

The attractive location of the house on one of the most beautiful promenades of the Baltic Sea coast, the Wilhelmstraße, with its unmistakable, unique spa architecture offers something for every taste, enjoy your vacation in restaurants and cafes and stroll in the various stores, a café / bakery is right in the house.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person. There is an additional charge of €10 per day for dogs.
