Residence Seeblick 15 with lateral Baltic Sea view - Studio Manhattan / with balcony

Just a few meters to the beach. You have made a good choice. The Residenz Seeblick built in 1906 was awakened again in 1998 from your slumber. There is a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony in the 3rd. Floor available. Only a few meters to the beach of Sellin and the pier, the symbol of Sellin speak for itself. In the house there is the reception, where you take your keys in reception. All apartments have errreichen accessible with a glass elevator. In the house there is a free wireless Internet access. The apartments are modern and feature a well-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher. The room has cable TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. You can park your bicycles at the house. Each apartment has a parking available. We deliver from April to late October on request in the morning the breakfast rolls up to the front door. A sauna, solarium and hot tub and washer and dryer are in the common spaces available for a fee. Please note, this house is a Non smoking house, smoking is possible on the balconies.

Studio Manhattan / Balcony:
The 1 room apartments have living-bedroom with double bed for 2 pers. and a pull-out couch, cable TV, CD stereo, dining table, well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Cot (without linen) and high chair for the little we for 5 euros for disposal (pre-book). A washing machine is available for a fee in the house in the common areas.
