From Easter 2026, a special bonus awaits you: As a guest, you can use the new fitness area free of charge. Modern exercise equipment and a variety of fitness options ensure that you can stay active even on vacation. The holiday apartment is located on the third floor and features a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror.

You can spend relaxing hours on the southeast-facing balcony and enjoy a leisurely end to the day. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are available within the holiday complex. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Please note that a security deposit of €200.00 is required for this holiday apartment. This will be refunded within five business days after your departure and successful inspection.
