Apartment with lake view!The newly built villa is located between the Selliner Forst and Selliner See. In our comfortable apartment in Appartmenthaus Bellevue you should feel comfortable and get pleasure in wonderful discoveries of the diverse beauty of the island of Rügen. Haus Bellevue is just 400 meters from the wide, white sandy beach. It is 700 m to the bus stop, 100 m to a shopping market and 600 m to the railway station of Rasender Roland.

The 49 sqm comfortable non smoking apartment no. 22 is located in the 1st. First floor of the house Bellevue, in the house 3. It has a living room with a dining area and a cozy living area. In the separate bedroom has a double bed. The modern kitchen has an oven. The apartment includes a shower room with toilet. In warm weather, a balcony invites facing south, with a magnificent view of the lake Sellin, to stay.  The sheets and towels are available for a fee. Pets are not welcome. Parking is located directly in front of the apartment house or behind.
