Equipped with 1- Full and 1- 1/2 Bath, this Vacation Home is just minutes to the Beach, Restaurants and Ocean City Md. FREE WI-FI Provided. BRING and or Rent your Boat, jet skis, paddle boards, Kayaks and tie them up right behind the house where you can just hop on and venture out to the open Bay for awesome fun; crabbing, fishing, Restaurant hopping (in De. and O.C. Md.) or just relaxing. You can venture by Watercraft to Ocean City Md. to places like Assateague Island, Seacrets, MR Ducks, Fish Tails, Harbor Side and many other Restaurants. ,Having access to the Bay gives you that Additional back yard area to play and explore! Nestled in the Community of Swann Keys, there is a Community center with a pool table and outdoor activity items available to sign out. The outside array of activities offered include a Large Swimming Pool, a Splash Zone for kids, a Playground, Pickleball Court, Basketball court, horse shoe pits, Corn hole board games, plus a large pavilion for gatherings and BBQ-ING. All within Walking Distance from HOME. There is a boat ramp at the end of our lagoon, just 3 houses down, for great convenience . This home and it's surroundings make this a great place to create unforgettable Family Memories!!
Note....... Although listed as a 2 B.R., we have a semi private Four Season Room with a very comfortable, Double size Futon that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Home also has a Queen size sofa Bed in living room.
Bed linens, fitted sheets n cover sheets, pillow cases, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are all provided with booking...Guests are to bring their blankets, beach towels and all personals. We also provide roll of paper towel , toilet paper, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry pod and a trash bag to get you started.

Great Stay

Nice place. Pool was very close and we loved sitting on the back deck near the water. Ralph was easy to comunicate with and resolved any problems we had quickly.

Great place for a family vacation!

Wonderful place right on the canal. My kids really enjoyed catching crabs 🦀 right from the dock ! The location is great too, about 10 minutes to the beach ! Ralph was a great host, house was beautiful, we had such a great time !

Minus the no blankets thing the overall stay was amazing great view really nice neighbors the pool was only open until 630 which kind of sucked but the property itself was great very convenient had everything you could think of available.

Our stay was wonderful house was nice and the lake out back was even beautiful sitting outside in am and in pm peaceful we want to thank the owner for letting us rent for our family vacation to the beach my boys enjoyed the pool and playing basketball would return again

Great location to the beach and activities

The property is a great location . The cleanest place I have ever stayed at the beach . If you are looking for luxury this is not the place , but definitely has a full stocked kitchen , towels and very clean . Because of the sun hitting the windows suggest fans or an Ac in the back window . The pool was nice and the neighbors friendly

FAMILY TIME

We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. Lovely little spot!

Lovely little spot for a nice quiet getaway. We loved sitting on the back porch near the water, drinking coffee in the morning. The bed was comfy. We found lots of nice restaurants near! Definitely checkout feb wick ice company for awesome shaved ice! We’ll definitely come back

Woderful home with enough space for our group of 5 to spread out comfortably. Loved the deck with canal. Very quiet and relaxing. Ralph is easy to contact if needed. We definitely would like to visit again.

Love it the place…!!!

The house is well located, very close to the beach and the shopping centers, it also has a nice playground and the pool. My family and I had a great time, my daughter and my nephews had a great time, Ralph always very communicative in case we have a question, he is willing to help you, my family and I are very grateful to Ralph, he has a cozy house and has everything you need, first God let's come back next summer.…!! Nice but needs some updating

It was a very nice area. We usually camp at Treasure Beach so we are familiar with the area. The accommodations were comfortable. It definitely needs updating. No dishwasher, no hair dryer, no iron. They would have been nice to have. All in all, we would recommend, but don’t expect bougie. The price was right.

A Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a place to stay where we could also bring our boat and Ralph's home hit all the buttons! Being able to have our boat tied up in the backyard canal was exactly what we were looking for. Ralph's home was stored with amenities galore, most of which we didn't need but it was nice they were there, just in case. Since we spent our entire time boating in the Assawoman Bay we didn't use the community pool but it sure did look nice. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. Local eateries, grocery stores and attractions are just a hop and skip away. We will definitely be back!

Great location! Very close to the Fenwick beach and Ocean City. Propery is next to a canal with a lovely deck to sit out on. Rental was very clean and the bed was comfortable (we only used one bedroom). Our host was awesome to work with and very responsive.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes, did some crabbing and fishing off the pier in back. Went to pool, it was very nice that the pool was so close. We especially enjoyed eatting our meals on deck out back. Had some issues but were quickly resolved. Ralph always replied to messages fast. Would stay again!!!

Great location

This little house on the canal has a great location and atmosphere with a short walk to the pool. We communicated with the host directly and he was very good about responding in a timely manner. We did not have any issues. The listing was very accurate and the neighbors were polite and friendly. Overall a great vacation spot for family.
