This spacious one-level getaway features a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a den, and three bedrooms—including two primary suites. One of the suites functions as a private lock-out with its own entrance, microwave, mini-fridge, and sitting area. Unwind on the private screened porch and enjoy amenities like central air, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, four TVs, and a gas fireplace (not available in summer).
Planning a concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion? You’re within walking distance! Golfing? Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course is top-tier, scenic, and upscale. (Tee-time not included in the resort amenity fee).
Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center.
