Minutes from the beach and located within the award-winning Bayside Resort, this pristine home will have you in vacation mode in no time at all. On the first floor you will find a fully stocked kitchen with dining area and bar stools, perfect for savoring a home-cooked meal. The spacious living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and streaming-enabled. Gather the family for game night as you sink into the comfy couch with a connected chaise lounge. The primary bedroom is just off the living room with a king sized bed and full en-suite bath. There is also a half-bath on this floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find a loft with more comfy seating and a flat screen TV offering a quiet hang-out. For those who want to bring their personal computers, there is a desk and chair to sit and catch up on emails or post updates on your fabulous vacation. This floor also has a fun kids bedroom with bunks and a trundle bed with bean bag chairs, perfect for reading or socializing. There are two more bedrooms on this level along with another shared full size bathroom.

Bayside Resort is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, community pier, seasonal kayaking., nature trails with observation towers, and The Freeman Stage at Bayside. THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
