Located on a quiet street with woods directly behind the home and a grassy park across the street, this property offers a peaceful setting while still being just 5 minutes from the pools and pickleball courts.

With two family rooms, a loft/game area, spacious kitchen and dining areas, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is ideal for families, multi-generational groups, golf or pickleball getaways, and friends traveling together.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, traditional drip coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The large dining table seats 10, while an additional six-top table ensures plenty of room for group meals and game nights.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the peaceful wooded setting from the deck, where you may occasionally spot deer. The brand-new outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach or pool.

Complimentary beach chairs and bicycles are available for our guests to enjoy. Our bicycles are serviced at the beginning of each season. Guests are responsible for riding safely and following all applicable laws and regulations. Helmets are strongly recommended, and guests are encouraged to bring their own properly fitted helmets. Bicycle use is at the guest’s own risk.

3-day pass: $45 per person
Weekly pass: $70 per person

May 16–September 22

3-day pass: $70 per person
Weekly pass: $115 per person

Children ages 4 and under receive complimentary access when accompanied by a pass-holding adult.

Approximately 21 days before arrival, you'll receive instructions for purchasing amenity passes.

Parking:
Parking for up to 3 vehicles at the home
Additional overflow parking approximately one block away

Linens:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress protectors are provided.
Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats are NOT provided.
Guests may bring their own linens or rent them through Gale Force Rentals, which offers delivery and pickup service.

Housekeeping:
The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival.

Before departure, guests are asked to:
Remove all trash
Take all personal belongings
Wipe food spills from kitchen counters, stovetop, and refrigerator
Leave the home neat and uncluttered
Security

For safety, the property may have exterior-only security cameras and/or a video doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home.

House Rules:
No smoking
No pets
No parties or events
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation
Primary renter is responsible for all guests

Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Damage Waiver:
The total cost of your reservation includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage waiver covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, provided the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Age Requirement:
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation.
