Vacation home "Casa Leone" in Selb

Experience relaxation and rejuvenation in our lovingly furnished holiday home in Selb, nestled in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge Mountains. Just as the Fichtelgebirge Mountains captivate visitors with their enchanting landscapes, the porcelain town of Selb offers plenty of sights to discover. In addition to art, culture, and traditional festivals, this large county seat has plenty to offer.
The “Casa Leone” holiday home has been completely renovated and was completed in January 2025. The thoughtful details make the cottage cosy and invite you to linger. You’ll enter the house via the terrace, accessible through the driveway where two vehicles can be safely parked. On the ground floor, you’ll find a small bathroom, a fully equipped modern country-style kitchen with a cooking island and a ceramic cooktop, and a stylish living room with a smart TV, a reading nook, and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The indoor staircase leads down to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is the bedroom with a large king-size bed, a pull-out children’s bed that comfortably accommodates two children, and a swivel Smart TV. A large wardrobe with a mirror and a chest of drawers provide ample space for your clothes. The exterior roller shades completely darken the bedroom and ensure a restful night’s sleep. A small work area with a desk and a small bookshelf leads to the bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, bidet, and bathtub.
The garden, newly landscaped in the spring of 2025, invites you to linger and relax with its covered lounge area. Directly in front of the front door is a Mediterranean-style terrace with a cosy seating area.

The garage is currently under renovation (completion expected in July 2026)
