An ideal property for a couple or family, a short drive from the Poetto beach, Cittadella Universitaria Monserrato, Policlinico Hospital and Cagliari city centre. The apartment is a private unit located within a villa surrounded by a garden.
The property has bright, airy and spacious rooms consisting of a spacious kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and a stone fireplace. The bedroom has a double bed and two-seater couch which can be converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
Access to the property is through the outdoor porch area where guests can eat meals or lounge to read a book. Guests have access to the garden with plants producing fresh fruit that can be picked and eaten on the spot.
The property has on-street parking. Line 107 ARST linking Selargius to Cagliari stops right opposite the property and line 31 CTM to Cagliari city centre and main train stations and line QS to Poetto beach are a 15 minutes' walk from the property.

Nice Stay

It is a lovely place; the host is easy to communicate with and very friendly. The place looks like the pictures, but a couple of things worth noting. There is no washing machine, so if you stay for more than a few days, you will need to go to the local laundry mat to wash sheets, etc.. Also, the home is right next to a main street that is quite busy with lots of traffic. The bedroom window is close to the street side and it can be noisy. I wore noise noise-cancelling headset most of the nights.
