There seemed to be a problem with my reservation resulting in a delay to check in. However, I was never told what caused the delay. The staff was great nonetheless. Our room was large and clean which was a plus. The food at the restaurant was adequate even though several items on the menu weee not available. The major problem was lack of hot water and the fact that they turn off the water entirely after a certain hour. Even with these issues I would stay here again because I would tailor my expectations. Again, the staff was amazing. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the food was good.

It is great and right next to all amenities in the city. Breakfast was great for the variety but items run out and replacements tend to take time. Everthing else was excellent!
