"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. "We at first were given a room that was substandard, booked through Expedia. The manager moved us to another room that was great! We had an amazing view of Lake Bled, the castle and the church.
