Magnificent 375m² villa featuring a beautiful 12x5m heated saltwater pool and a 300m² terrace (80m² covered), situated on a 2000m² plot with no overlooking neighbors. It offers a magical setting just 500m from Estagnots beach, known for its surfing and beach bars.

VILLA DESCRIPTION:

The main villa offers 230m² of living space (140m² on the ground floor and 90m² upstairs) complemented by two annexes: one of 35m² and the other of 30m² (a bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility). A beautifully landscaped 2000m² garden surrounds the villa, ensuring complete privacy. You can relax in the 12x5m heated saltwater pool. The house's terraces offer fabulous moments of relaxation and leisure (approximately 240m²), including an 80m² covered terrace with a bar, gas griddle, dishwasher, large 10/12 seater table with chairs, and a 10/12 seater sofa. Electric roller shutters allow for privacy. Other smaller covered terraces are equipped with tables and chairs.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have central heating. All shutters are controlled by a home automation system.
There is above-ground parking for 4 vehicles on the property, and a bicycle rack.
