  • We rent a home consisting of 2 small houses separated by an interior patio. <br>The "upstairs" house, 55m2 is composed of 2 bedrooms with 160 beds, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 very bright living room with fully equipped kitchen. <br>The "downstairs" house of 40m2 has 1 bedroom with bed 140 and 1 children's bedroom with triple bunk bed, 1 bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet, a living room and a kitchenette.<br>The two houses are separated by a wooded patio not overlooked, with a large outdoor table to eat for 8 to 10 people, a plancha area, garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The 2 houses are air-conditioned.<br>Washing machine and drying rack available. <br>Unsupervised Warf beach 100m walk, Bourdaines beach supervised 400m. Nearby Atlantic Park, tennis courts with free access, mini golf, children's playground, outdoor weight room 3 minutes walk away. 3 bicycles are at your disposal. <br><br>Ideal for families, come and enjoy a holiday in the "Landes California"!

Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Strandnähe

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und hatten eine sehr erholsame Urlaubszeit. Die Kommunikation mit Gilles war immer prompt und äußerst freundlich und sympathisch. Das Haus besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bad/WC, Küche und einem Wohn- und Essraum. Über einen sehr schönen Innenhof kommt man zu einem separaten Gartenhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern (eins davon mit einem Etagenbett mit drei Etagen), Bad, kleinem Ess- und Wohnzimmer und einer kleinen Küche. Es fehlte an nichts! Besonders genossen haben wir auch die Aussendusche und der Plancha. Der Fußweg zum bewachten Strand ist etwa 8-10 Minuten. Für uns hätte es nicht schöner sein können! Vielen Dank, Gilles! Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen.

Très belle et confortable maison, située optimale!

La propriété avec les deux maison connecté par le patio sont très belle, confortable et bien équipée. Elle est plus meilleure que les photos😃 Les propriétaires sont très gentille et obligeant.

Parfait

Localisation idéale à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Espace extérieur très agréable. Propriétaire très accueillant et professionnel. Rien à redire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
