The bed was comfortable with crisp, clean bedding, and the seating area made the room feel more spacious and functional. I also liked the practical touches — a well‑organised desk, plenty of natural light from the window, and a wardrobe with enough space for a short stay. Everything was tidy and well maintained, which made the room feel inviting from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, ideal for Sibiu when you want a clean, modern room with a calm atmosphere."

"Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again."

"The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, big variety of food and all tasty. Other than that there are things to improve, for example the cleanliness. There were easily visible places that weren’t cleaned for weeks as you could see the buildup of dust. Also there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I found very weird because this is not something luxurious, many hotels have it and it’s considered standard. I asked at the reception for a kettle and fortunately they had. The walls are thin as you can hear your neighbours."
