Outside, relax on your private 60 m² uncovered terrace with garden furniture or in your own garden. A private fishing pond awaits for peaceful moments by the water.
A restored 18th-century stable, the property combines stone charm with modern comfort. Independent and nestled in the green countryside of Nyoiseau, it’s just 3 km from Segré. Enjoy fishing, family walks, and explore nearby attractions: La Petite Couère, La Mine Bleue, and Parc de l’Isle Briand in Le Lion d’Angers. Rentals run Sunday to Sunday, with late arrivals or departures possible depending on availability.
On-site parking for 5 cars. Pets allowed (1 on request). Events are not permitted. Table tennis is available for your leisure.
