Outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, washing machine. 50 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, shopping centre 4.6 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bus stop 260 m, pebble beach 1.1 km. Please note: airfield 11 km from the property.
