Terrace + courtyard + land. Ski chairlift connection La Rosière 900m, La Rosière 14km, funicular connection Les Arcs 6km. Cross-country skiing 4km. Lake + leisure center 15km. Close to shops & services all year round. Country house located 4km from the La Rosière chairlift. At the top of a hamlet, on the road to the Petit St Bernard pass. Very quiet residential area on the edge of the forest. Pleasant and comfortable. Large south-facing terrace. Beautiful outdoor space with lots of flowers. Very beautiful open view of the massif and the valley.
