Gite in the owner's house. Ground floor: living room with sofa, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds), shower room, central heating, terrace, land with garden furniture. Ski link Les Arcs 5 km and Rosière la Thuile 6 km, Tignes and Val d'Isère 25 km. Free shuttles. Contemporary chalet located in a quiet hillside on the edge of the forest. South-west exposure. Very spacious cottage. Sheltered terrace with garden furniture overlooking a very flowery lawn. Unobstructed view of the village. Privileged location for exploring the Haute-Tarentaise region and Italy via the Petit St Bernard pass or the Iseran pass. Many nature activities, fun, white water sports and cultural events, summer and winter, in the major surrounding resorts (La Rosière, Val d'Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs). Ideal for a romantic or family getaway!
