Modern Apartment "Seebruck" with Balcony & Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Seebruck is located in Seebruck and impresses guests with its proximity to Lake Chiemsee as well as its quiet and idyllic surroundings. The beautiful studio apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift) and consists of a living/bedroom with a kitchenette, a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, board games, and satellite TV. In the basement you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use for an additional fee. The absolute highlight is the balcony with a table and 2 comfortable chairs. Enjoy the view and the fresh air with a delicious meal or an aperitif. A bakery and an ice-cream shop are 700 m away and a supermarket is 850 m from the accommodation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und zuhause gefühlt.

Pros: Sehr nette Vermieterin, war schnell vor Ort. Lage in ruhigem Wohnviertel. An Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts (Kaffee-Maschine(n), Eierkocher, Wasserkocher u.v.m. Boxspringbett, TV und modernes Bad. Stellplatz für PKW. Balkon und Aufzug (3.Stock). Überhaupt ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Cons: eine Mikrowelle wäre schön :)

Wunderbare Wohnung in akteptabler Lage

Ganz tolle Wohnung, sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Kommunikation mit Inhabern war auch super nett. Nur wenn man ohne Auto anreist ist die Lage etwas schwierig, Anbindung mit den Öffis ist eher schlecht und in Seebruck direkt gibt es nicht so viel zu tun. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!
