Apartment in a beautiful wooden log house with a view of Lake Staffelsee. 7 minutes walk to the lake in beautiful and green nature in Seehausen, near Murnau and Garmisch, Königschlösser and Wieskirche. Hiking paradise, pure relaxation in a very beautiful and well-kept apartment on the top floor of the Landhaus de Gaspary. 2 TVs, great balcony with seating and a view of the Staffelsee, large luxury bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and bidet, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, living-dining room with stainless steel kitchen corner, tastefully furnished. Own entrance. Your child up to the age of 12 lives with you free of charge. You do not have to specify your child up to the age of 12 as a third person. No other persons are possible. Please inform us in good time about accompanying children. In the Landhaus de Gaspary there are still 2 apartments. The Kuschl`Eck in the DG on the right and the ground floor apartment "Because we are worth it". Inform yourself .

Nice house with beautiful surrounding

After a difficult start (1 day overbooked),we had a great time at the apartment of Angelika. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing. The apartment was neat and clean. The apartment is not directly on the Staffelsee as the FeWo website suggests. It is a 10 minute walk to the lake. On the other hand, it is located in a quiet place. The free public transport is also recommended. You can make beautiful trips by bus and train. Thank you Angelika.

Schöne Umgebung-katastrophale Unterkunft

Die Umgebung war traumhaft schön. Die Ferienwohnung katastrophal:- entgegen der Ankündigung beim Veranstalter gab es keinen Geschirrspüler - das Kochen war sowieso nicht möglich, da der Herd unter einer Dachschräge stand, wenn man über 1,70 ist, hat man keine Chance dort zu stehen- der Ofen hat das Zimmer eingeräuchert, er war nicht nutzbar- auf dem Weg zur Sauna ( die kostenpflichtig war), sah es aus wie in der Rumpelkammer - generell lies die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig , Zigarettenkippen lagen auf dem Balkon und es war überall sehr staubig- die Dusche lag total im Dunkeln, das Licht im Wohnzimmer war größtenteils defekt- es war so hellhörig, man hat jedes Geräusch in der Nachbarwohnung gehört -hier war auch ständiges Bellen von Hunden zu hörenAlles in allem: nicht zu empfehlen -

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern, im Alter von 6 und 12 Jahren, in der Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick bei Frau de Gaspary. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich, sehr sauber und der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Staffelsee ist unvergesslich. Wir werden im nächsten Bayernurlaub wieder Frau de Gaspary besuchen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Positiv: -Sehr netter Empfang -Wohnung mit einem besonderen Flair, sehr liebevoll dekoriert -Balkon -Großes Bad Neutral -Küche etwas klein -Positionierung von Küchengeräten (z.B. der Kaffeemaschine) unter der Dachschräge Negativ -Trotz großem Grundstück keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit (z.B. Garage, Keller) für die Räder. Diese müssen unter einem Vordach stehen. Bei mehr als 2 Rädern nur aufwendig möglich (bei 4 E-Bikes kaum möglich). - Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist zu schwach. Das ist zwar sehr romantisch, aber zum Lesen nicht hell genug. -Hellhörig

Ruhige Lage mit Aussicht. Nicht weit vom See, kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen .

Ideal zum wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Wunderbares Seewasser. Sehr schöne Wohnung , Balkon mit Aussicht und geschützt. Nette Vermieterin.

Eine herrliche Woche Natur und Kultur

Von unserem wunderschönen Feriendomizil im Grünen mit Seeblick haben wir zahlreiche Ausflüge in Museen und das schöne Blaue Land unternommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen! Die Wohnzng ist perfekt! Danke Frau de Gaspary für einen gelungenen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet, absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor. Alles aus Holz, tolle Betten, haben außergewöhnlich gut geschlafen, großzügiges Bad, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin und die Tochter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen auch der große, überdachte Balkon!

Für Ruhe und Entspannung Genießer!

Wir haben 4 herrliche Wochen hier verbracht. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen.....die Terrasse mit teils Seeblick eine schöne Ecke fur Gin and Tonic den Abend einzuklingen mit tollem Sonnenuntergang. Die Eigentümerin sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Da wir so lange dort waren hat sie sich auch um unserer Wäsche gekümmert da die Wohnung keine Waschmaschine hat.Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Toller Aufenthalt im blauen Land

Frau Gaspary ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns super aufgenommen und Tipps für die nähere Umgebung geben können. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Besonders das schöne Badezimmer ist ein Highlight. Der grosse Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Umgebung ist besonders für nette Ausflüge in die Natur aber auch nach Garmisch Partenkirchen und die Zugspitze geeignet. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Holzblockhaus

Wir waren für 1 Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einem Holzblockhaus, Ofen und ein tolles Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau de Gaspary, und wenn man was gebraucht hat, konnte man sich immer melden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, und man kann sowohl zu Fuß als auch in der weiteren Umgebung viel unternehmen!

Sehr schöne, komfortable und großzügige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Staffelsee

Die von uns vergebenen 5 Sterne haben ihre absolute Berechtigung für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt in allen Bereichen. Wir haben nichts vermißt. Alles super komplett, modern, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der morgentliche Fußweg zum Bäcker, ca 600m, mit Blick auf ein herrliches Bergpanorama war schon täglich Entspannung pur. Die Vermieterin, Frau de Gaspary ist eine hervorragende, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, und hat alles getan um uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Auch dafür gibt es 5 Sterne! Danke für den tollen und erholsamen Urlaub in Ihrem Feriendomizil! Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, kommen aber garantiert wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
