"Expedia did not submit my booking. I had to wait for hours until things were sorted out. When I thought everything is solved Expedia also forgot to submit that I booked breakfast. The receptionists were helpless and asked me to sort it out. But as a guest this shouldn't be my responsibility. The next day they provided breakfast complimentary because of the inconvenience. Drinks were also served during check-in... Rooms are overall clean ... Except for some stains on the mattress... Covered with the protector so not much of an issue... "Great stay here on my first night in Sri Lanka. Really clean, modern, and everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality. It's also very close to Colombo Fort station which is useful if you are going to continue the trip by train! I didn't use the pool but had a drink there and it looks great - one note was that the service was quite slow! Breakfast options were vast. Would definitely stay here again. "
