Seeblick Apartment
This apartment is bright, modern, and elegantly furnished. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake, village, and valley. The lake and village center are just a short walk away. Located in a pleasant residential area. This is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on the covered balcony). The elegant apartment features Wi-Fi/internet access. Sauna, solarium, and washing machine at the nearby Maarberg Resort are available for an extra fee.
The apartment is about 76 m² and suitable for 2 to 6 guests. Spacious living/sleeping area with double sofa bed, dining area with panoramic lake view, 2 separate bedrooms—one with a large double bed, the other with a French double bed. New, high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee machines (one for pods, one filter), storage room. Shower, WC, washbasin, additional guest WC with small washbasin, hallway, wardrobe, central heating.
Living room: Digital flat-screen TV, digital radio with many German and international stations, Wi-Fi/DSL for your own laptop, DVD player, CD player, stereo, decorative electric fireplace, games, separate entrance. Both bedrooms also have digital TVs.
Outdoor area: Large covered balcony facing west, overlooking the valley and lake, with beautiful views of the lake and village. Garden furniture and loungers. Access to the balcony from the living room, dining area, and smaller bedroom. Parking directly in front of the entrance. Garage available for bicycles or motorcycles.
