Beautiful house that has big windows in the living room with a view of Thunder mountain. 5 blocks to the trailhead, close to other trails and close to restaurants and the grocery store. Big fenced back yard.
This is a great location if you want to be out of the hubbub of downtown Sedona but still close to lots of great things. Loved the short walk or drive up the hill to some great hiking, or the short walk down the hill to a cute coffee/breakfast spot or local grocer. House was comfortable with a big kitchen, and appreciated the stock of travel soaps and shampoo. Thanks for the hospitality!
This home was certainly more than enough for my husband and I. We loved the ample space to stretch out and relax and the Native American art pieces! The great room is definitely a room with a view! We had a little trouble navigating the heating initially. It was snowing when we arrived. There was prompt help the following day to assist us. Our little Sedona vacation was wonderful and the accommodations were a most pleasant way to start and end each day!
After a brief miscommunication with the property’s cleaner (house was not ready at our arrival) everything was resolved quickly and our stay was wonderful. The house is perfectly located walking distance to groceries, restaurants and trailheads on a quiet dead end street. We had everything we needed to have a cozy family thanksgiving.
We have a pet and didn't know that the dog was not allowed upstairs, but we made it work. The rooms are large, the upstairs bath is small and dated, would like a curtain in master bedroom for darker mornings. House is older and kind of funky is some ways. It was very clean, owner was easy to work with. The back yard is huge with a cool bamboo forest retreat area. Nice location, walk to some red rock trails, can also walk down to Bashas grocery.
We rent this house every time we want to stay in Sedona. It's location is perfect: close to grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, specialty shops. The neighborhood is quiet
and has beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The house itself is spacious and has very nice touches like beautiful tile floors, a reading nook, a game room, and a unique and creative master bedroom layout. We love this house and will continue to return to rent it.
In addition, the property manager, Nancy, is lovely to work with. She doesn't hover but she is always responsive if we need anything. She's part of the great experience with renting this house!
Excellent house with lots of common space to hang out. Pet friendly too. Family enjoyed the whole house, including the expansive back yard. Location was really nice: 3 block walk to the trail head that looks at the magnificent cliffs, :02 min drive to 2 different supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent.
Perfect location with breathtaking views. Very convenient to grocery and necessities, close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and living areas, nice back deck, area out from the sit with coffee and take in the view.
We loved that this place was close to other hikes and restaurants without being in the middle of uptown. We also enjoyed being able to take a quick walk and hit the brewery after exploring all day. I definitely recommend this to others!
Beautiful house and location. The tile floors turned our white socks brown and the outside living spaces need some serious attention. We are major outdoor lovers and would've enjoyed spending time outside on the property. We would book this house again in a heartbeat.
Large, clean, with a great location.
We enjoyed that it was walking distance to coffee and gluten free restaurants. The traffic getting into uptown was consistently nuts, so it was nice to be on the more calm side of town.
We were very comfortable here. Nice open floor plan and huge fenced backyard. Plenty of space to share with others. We liked staying in this part of town.
Very comfortable house for family. Great backyard, very convenient location. We could walk to trailheads and there were many grocery stores, restaurants and other services within a couple blocks of house.
Had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for our group. Centrally located for our activities. And the host was super friendly and available. Will visit again
