The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.

It's in a great, quiet uptown location with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, and has easy driving access to all major routes (with reserved covered parking!). The check-in and check-out process were super easy, and overall one of the better VRBO experiences we've had.

Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house has been freshened up nicely and is stocked very well with everything you’ll need to feel like you just moved to Sedona. Great place I recommend highly.

Central location with comfortable settings

Very spacious for a family of four and super central locations. We had a great stay in the house. Beds are comfortable. It’s very walkable to shops and restaurants. The whole family can explore the town and come back relax in no time. Will want to come back again.

Wonderful location and very comfortable!

We were a family of 5 for our visit with our 2 adult children sleeping on the pull out sofa and other sofa. All the beds were very comfortable and even the sofas were comfortable as well. It was within walking distance to Uptown Sedona and extremely convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

We travel a couple times of year and stay in VRBO's. This was one of the nicest or THE nicest we've stayed in. The place had what you needed and also provided great coffee! The location couldn't have been better. I would stay again for sure!

Best Sedona Location and Lovely Home

Our experience staying at this VRBO definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds are very comfortable, the home is clean, spacious and well outfitted. The host was very responsive, everything worked well and the best part...you can easily walk to most anywhere in uptown Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book here again.
