Welcome to our spacious 3000 square foot home located off the scenic Red Rock Loop Rd in West Sedona. Our serene neighborhood offers unparalleled access to the stunning landscapes of Red Rock State Park and an abundance of hiking trails and national forest adventures.

With enough room for everyone to spread out, this is the ideal basecamp for large families or groups to be immersed in nature but only a 10 minute drive to town.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy.

This home is located off of Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private 1.7 acre property located at the end of a gravel driveway.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.

We had a great time on our quick get away to find some sun. The house was great, close enough to town, but far enough out that the stars were amazing at night. We enjoyed hikes and shopping in the area as well as the pool and hot tub during our down time. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable! Great place, we hope to come again!

We had a lovely time! Beautiful views from the house and the pool and hot tub were perfect for all of us to hang. The house was super clean and Clara was very responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend for a big group of family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay, Clara, our host was very responsive. We would hike in the morning and the kids would move from hot tub to pool to hot tuib to pool in the afternoon. We loved the house. It met all our needs. We were 6 adults and 4 children. Nice quiet location.

The house is perfect for large groups. Many beds available, with ample common space and adequate privacy. Fantastic serene location. The property was clean and had everything needed. Communication was top-notch and easy. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is great.
