The house is really nice and the location is ideal for accessing all Sedona has to offer. Bedrooms all good. The seating had some quirks - couches in great room more for looks than comfort, the 2 recliners are small, and the barstools are too tall to sit on at the counter.
Had a great time. Plenty of room and well stocked with essentials. Only downside was the mattress and pillows - way too hard. Impossible to get a good nights sleep.
Overall stay was great. Quiet neighborhood all around. Only complaint we have is both of the downstairs beds were hard as rocks. Absolutely no sleep at all. Recommend mattress topper or new mattress altogether.
My husband and I stayed for two weeks in Feb for some relaxation, sun and hiking. The house was in a quiet area and the views were gorgeous all day. Waking up to beautiful sunrises, and sometimes a family of javelina in the back was such a pleasure. The home is Close to hiking trails and easy access to groceries, restaurants and all that we needed. The home is spacious though all we used was the main floor. The kitchen is well appointed and grilling on the patio is nice when you don’t want to eat out. We hiked every day and used the laundry several times. We would absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with a great view. We had deer and Javelina come through the yard in the morning. Just a couple minutes from many wonderful places to eat or hike. A great base to explore Arizona. The house was inviting, well stocked with supplies and had everything we needed. The only drawback was no lights went on in the garage when the doors opened and one of the garage door openers on the wall was not working. We would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

Very spacious house, best shower in master bath we’ve ever had in a vacation rental! The deck and the red rock views were exactly what we were looking for. Coffee, dinner, brunch options all walkable. Whole Foods right down the road. Trail head with varying difficulty hikes 1 mile from the house. Quiet neighborhood. Had every type of coffee maker you could want (and coffee grinder), insta pot, water and ice from the fridge (filtered), great washer and dryer with laundry pods, garage and driveway parking and massage chairs in front of the tv!!
A very nice house in a great part of town. Feels secluded although you are within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Great deck and view from the backyard - good for birders! Hiking trails within walking distance. Plenty of room to really get comfortable. The house is nicely outfitted with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Beds are very firm as other reviews said, but the owner added mattress toppers which helped. There are motion sensor lights and night lights throughout the house which is a nice feature in a dark skies area. Overall a great escape in Sedona.
The house is large/open, welcoming and clean. Most lights were on sensors so that’s convenient, the ones that weren’t were labeled. The kitchen was very large and had everything you could need. Lots of dining space inside and out. The view from the living room and dining/kitchen area are so gorgeous that they almost seem fake. The house is close to amenities but very quiet, you’d never know you were less than 2 blocks off of a main road.
In my personal opinion the beds were very firm and the laundry soap/dryer sheets were extremely scented which I didn’t like but that’s my own preference.
The house was very clean. There were enough towels and they were thick and very absorbent. The couches were firm, spacious and easy to get out of, you don’t sink and get eaten by them (good for people with mobility issues).
This home is absolutely the best the finishes the neighborhood and the view is spectacular!!!! Management is awesome! WeLoved our stay!!! Definitely will be back!
One of my younger sisters and I make an annual trip to maintain our parents' gravesite at the community cemetery. It is always a treat to return and enjoy the memories of our parents' 25 years in Oak Creek. We have stayed in hotels and one other VRBO but this home in West Sedona was absolutely stunning for all aspects. The best review I can make is that we plan to return to this site!
Property management was very responsive. House was listed true to form. There were a number of spider webs that looked like they had been there for a while on both floors but otherwise the house was meticulous.
