We needed to use the pull out bed for the kids (teenagers). Although you never expect much with a pull out, this one was clearly damaged, many loose bolts, and the frame was shaped like a ‘w’. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away, an hour past, I called again, another 1/2hr someone showed up. His boots were all wet and snowy, I had to ask him to take them off as he stepped on the carpeted area. He tried his best to make the bed better but it was beyond repair. They offered to switch us rooms after that but it was late and were all ready for bed, the kids said they were ok to sleep on it.
The next morning our toilet stop working.
They removed the resort fee and upgraded us for our 2nd night. It was a nice room. Again we needed to use the pull out, no blankets this time. We called the front desk for blankets. Waited a 1/2hr and called again. This time they said they were out of blankets and were all in the wash, 40 minutes before they would be ready. They offered to bring us extra sheets right away as alternative.
The next morning about 6:30am the smoke detector starting beeping every 2mins. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away. After a 1/2hr past I unhooked the smoke alarm and removed the back up battery. Another 1/2hr past and I called and told them not to bother sending anyone.
I asked for rate reduction, they couldn’t do anything and gave the me the managers contact info. They never got back to me.
