Are you looking for sun?!! Sedona is home to the most sunny days in the US. This is a single level home (certified ADA compliant) with no steps 3br/2ba with a 2 car garage. If you need steps, this home is walking distance to the trailheads and mountains that you see in these pictures. It's nice and cool in the winter, feeling more like a fall in the Midwest. You'll enjoy the outdoors for hiking and biking and indoors for wine tasting and art galleries! The home is in a quiet bedroom community within West Sedona, so you won't have to go through the hustle of touristy downtown Sedona to get to it, but you are still only 8 minute drive from it! Hopefully, you can get there during the day and it’s very simple to find. At night, there are no city lights in the neighborhood due to Sedona’s well earned “Dark Sky Designation” so many lights are dim and not on at all. The purpose for this is for star gazing. Trust me, you’ll appreciate that point from our patio! When you walk in, there is a master to your left with a king bed with the Westin Heavenly mattress for the epitome of comfort, a large ensuite bathroom as well as a walk in closet. To your right will be the living room and dining room. The kitchen will be to the right. Down the hall, are 2 more bedrooms with a bathroom. One bedroom has an additional king and the 3rd bedroom has TWO trundle beds. They all have brand new mattresses and the Restoration Hardware Trundle Bed has a high end Purple Mattress that is the most comfortable bed in the house! There’s also a spotless 2 car garage for your vehicles and mountain bikes. You can access the home with myQ garage access or the front door code.
