Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Sedona. Easy access, lots of eateries nearby, just a short drive thru beautiful red rocks to get to Sedona. Would stay here again if we were in the area.
Enjoyed the view as we dined, spent time relaxing at table in back yard. Could use a bit larger tv for older couples like us. Owner responded immediately to problem we had with dishwasher. We were unable to use all of our reservation due to illness but did enjoy our time in this condo.
This was our 5th time staying with one of Mike and Betsy's properties and it was as great as ever! Such an awesome location, close walk to the pool and hot tub, and quiet country club neighborhood. We love the two bathrooms so everyone can get showers right after hiking. Thanks for another great vacation!
The house is nice with seperate bedrooms to spread out. Its clean and nicely decorated, but nothing easily breakable for kids. It was a good value and met expectations for what we paid.I would stay here again.
Location of property was Excellent! Very quite and peaceful. Would stay here again:) My only downside was the living room furniture, it really needs to be replaced it's Very Worn out!! Everything else was Excellent
Very convenient location, good size for a family of four and appropriately equipped. Some trails right behind the community. Everything was great from our point of view. Mike answers very quickly. I would rent again anytime.
We loved it here. Is it the newest in everything? No, but it’s comfortable and feels like home. Nicely decorated and the kitchen has most things you need. I missed having scissors and we bought an extra wine glass from the thrift store but that’s all. The location is fantastic for hiking and visiting ancient indigenous sites and the 9 hole golf course was one of my all time favourites. ( If you are an amazing golfer, this is a chance to practice your short game)
The second bedroom had the most comfortable bed of the two.
If we are lucky enough to come back some day this is where we would want to stay.
We had a great stay at this condo. Mike was super responsive to questions before and during the trip. The location was about a 15-20 min drive into downtown Sedona, depending on traffic. Parking was right in front of the condo and a short walk to the front door. There was plenty of silverware and plates and such for meals. The only drawback, and it was inconsequential, is the dishwasher is very loud. I thought it was broken at first because it was so loud. Wasn't a huge factor at all, especially since I didn't try to run it at night.
Providing the Red Rock parking pass was a huge plus. We used it several times to go on a few hikes.
The beds were comfy and all in all, we had a great stay.
Love the place and the location. Looked forward to coming ‘home’ and relaxing on the back deck every day .
The pool and hot tub was Accross the street , very short walk . We tried to extend our stay till the end of our vacation but someone else had booked it.
The few little issues we had … the coffee maker had a lid that does not belong to the pot . No big deal , but a coffee machine is $10 at Walmart
2 toasters - not of them worked correctly… Walmart ..
One roll of TP in every bathroom, and a half roll of paper towel .
We went shopping the next day and left some shampoo, paper towels, tp and coffee for the next people. Just cheap stuff that makes your day if you arrive late at night.
We tried to boil some eggs to take along on out last day and the stove didn’t work - so we left the eggs too .
Having said that. I would rent it again and again but it would be nice to have some basics cheap appliances that are working.

Furniture needs to be replaced! Worn holes in fabric on sofas. Caulking/grout needs replaced where the tile floor meets the base trim.

We enjoyed our stay! A great location, and had the basics of what we needed, including laundry.
Spent a week in Sedona and we had a great time hiking, kayaking, and visiting the Grand Canyon. The location and amenities were great: used the pool, hot tub and full kitchen to cook most of our meals.
We loved the golf course and so glad we could bring our pup with us! Owner followed up quickly to help me adjust the nights of our stay and that was much appreciated!
Unit was easy to find stocked with everything we needed, very clean and extremely conveniently located. Beds were very comfortable and check in and check out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Sedona area
